About the role
The Finance Transformation Business Analyst will support the delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme across multiple initiatives, with primary responsibility for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Source to Pay (S2P), while also supporting Record to Report (R2R).
What you'll do
- § Facilitate workshops across Finance functions to understand business challenges, opportunities and requirements
- § Analyse existing processes and identify gaps against target state solutions and operating models
- § Produce high-quality requirements documentation, process maps, business cases and decision papers
- § Support the design and implementation of finance technology solutions across FP&A, S2P and R2R and other Finance Transformation initiatives
- § Work with vendors and implementation partners to validate proposed solutions against business requirements
