What you'll do
- Independently drive execution, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to solutioning
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, contributing to high-quality outcomes and consistently striving to meet and exceed client expectations:-
- Own and deliver one or more change management deliverables, ensuring that all outputs are executed within stipulated timelines
- Execute a range of change activities, including but not limited to stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, change readiness assessment, change agent network
- Support in identifying risks, issues, and achieving milestones for assigned deliverables/workstreams with oversight
