What you'll do
- Establish and manage PMO frameworks, Financial, governance models, and best practices
- Build executive dashboards showing costs, margins, and resource utilization
- Ensure projects follow financial rules and maintain clear audit trails
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation to closure)
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
