What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex, cross-functional technology programs across multiple teams and workstreams
- Define program scope, success metrics, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and escalations proactively to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering teams, and external partners to drive program outcomes
- Facilitate steering committees, decision-making forums, and executive program reviews
