What you'll do
- Analyze and optimize upstream and downstream integrations across systems (e.g., Finance, Payroll, external tools)
- Ensure process alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices
- Handle IDoc configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Support data exchange between SAP HR and external/internal systems
- Work on integration issues involving interfaces, APIs, and middleware
