End to end support of construction project lifecycle encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination & resource planning Preparation of integrated L3 Schedule using project scheduling software - Microsoft Projects
What you'll do
- Responsible for planning & monitoring functional schedules with focus on sequencing, durations, dependencies, constraints & resource requirement
- Conducting project schedule analysis to identify delay/ lags in the project and to derive mitigation strategies to overcome the delays
- Manage discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns & developing mitigation actions
- Support in project contract management including alignment of contractual terms with project objectives
