What you'll do
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation by analyzing operational data, service trends, workflow bottlenecks, and business pain points
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives, from discovery and design through deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, that leverage LLMs, enterprise tools, APIs, and workflow platforms to automate complex processes
- Partner with business, operations, infrastructure, and security teams to translate requirements into practical implementation plans and technical roadmaps
- Oversee environments, integrations, observability, incident handling, and deployment readiness for AI solutions in production
