About the role
As an Associate, Content Management, you will publish, organize, and analyze web content across internal portals using established governance standards. You will partner with content owners and technology teams to keep content accurate, searchable, accessible, and aligned with platform requirements. This role provides hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint Modern, content workflows, analytics, and search engine optimization.
What you'll do
- Review submitted content against portal records to identify duplicate material and confirm completeness and consistency before publication
- Publish and maintain content and web links across internal portals using taxonomy, tagging, archiving, and document-workflow standards
- Create content-usage reports and analyze consumption data to identify content performance trends and user needs
- Coordinate with content owners on project plans, status reporting, content updates, and publication requirements
- Partner with technology teams to test platform functionality, document issues, and support search engine optimization activities
