About the role
As an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products within due timelines. On an as-needed basis, you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members and liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
What you'll do
- Providing application support for Infor Global Human Resources/Human Capital Management (GHR/HCM), including corrective maintenance and bug resolution
- Configuring and supporting core HR, talent management, benefits administration, payroll, security, and access components within Infor GHR/HCM
- Supporting integrations, employee data imports and exports, Infor Intelligent Open Network (ION) Business Object Documents
- Troubleshooting configuration, database, job, integration, and workflow issues across the application environment
- Collaborating with junior team members and onsite/offshore teams to understand requirements and support delivery
