What you'll do
- Oversee complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery excellence, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
- Lead collaboration with web developers, agencies, and third-party partners to ensure seamless integration of custom components and production assets
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert on social and email publishing best practices, providing direction on standards, governance, and quality
- Ensure production readiness by identifying and closing gaps between wireframe prototypes and the template system
- Lead recruitment, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to strengthen team capability, quality, and operational effectiveness
