About the role
The Hardware Asset Management Analyst plays a key operational role in supporting the hardware asset procurement and deployment process within the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team. This role is responsible for executing and overseeing day-to-day tasks related to hardware order fulfilment, from request processing to delivery and initial setup.
What you'll do
- As a HAM on the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team, you will be responsible for
- Process and track hardware orders from intake through delivery; keep stakeholders informed and address delays or discrepancies
- Triage order, delivery, hardware, and peripheral issues; coordinate fixes and escalate complex cases
- Manage offboarding, IT separation, leave-of-absence, and mobility cases, including related communications and portal updates
- Coordinate with IT support, logistics, product teams, and vendors to support delivery, setup, and issue resolution
