What you'll do
- Manage the global benefits operations for different clients, administering health and welfare, pension, leave
- Own benefits administration engagements end-to-end, holding full accountability for service delivery, financial performance
- Serve as the primary operational relationship owner for the client
- Lead client governance, manage escalations, and own the relationship with client HR / Total Rewards / Benefits leadership and benefits vendors
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders (HR, Total Rewards, HRIT, Payroll, vendors) and internal leadership
