What you'll do
- Lead all global payroll implementation projects and programs using recognized best practice methodologies (risk management, governance, quality assurance
- Independently manage onboarding programs that span multiple regions and service lines
- Work effectively with client executives at the ‘C’ level and above, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
- Take complete responsibility for managing the entire onboarding team, including project management resources, internal subject matter experts or product teams
- Interface with strategic partners and third-party suppliers, including agreement on deliverables, planning, timelines, and quality assurance
