About the role

In this role, you will provide hands-on operational, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder support that helps maintain pipeline accuracy, business-review readiness, and alliance go-to-market execution. You will work across planning, reporting, compliance, proposal support, and community engagement to help drive operational excellence and business growth.

What you'll do

• Coordinating alliance community sessions, training events, core team meetings, communications, and follow-up activities
• Serving as a point of contact for operational requests across Growth Platforms and support teams while managing workflows, deadlines, dependencies, and escalations
• Supporting pipeline qualification, opportunity tracking, quarterly business review follow-up, and recurring Sales Executive and Resell operational activities
• Maintaining alliance repositories, proposal collaboration spaces, and documentation for wins, losses, qualifications, and success stories
• Preparing briefing decks, executive-quality deliverables, and reporting materials to support leadership meetings and ad hoc requests
