About the role
The Talent Business Insights team supports business and Talent leaders by turning people data into insights that inform decisions on compensation, workforce planning, and talent strategy. The team partners across stakeholders to improve process execution, maintain data quality, and support talent programs and business priorities.
What you'll do
- As a Specialist, Analytics and Insights on the Talent Business Insights team
- Conduct compensation and market analyses, maintain compensation planning data, and support auditable workforce processes
- Support employee transfers, conversions, promotions, and retention cases through data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
- Create reports, analyses, presentations, and storyboards that communicate talent metrics, workforce trends, and performance insights to business leaders
- Support talent initiatives, automation efforts, and repository management to improve process consistency, data quality, and compliance
