About the role

Specialist Deputy Manager, Rewards and Well-Being Join Deloitte’s Total Rewards team as a Specialist Deputy Manager, Rewards and Well-Being, supporting the administration and ongoing improvement of health and welfare programs. In this role, you will partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to execute program operations, support compliance activities, resolve complex cases, and analyze data to improve processes.

What you'll do

• As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Rewards and Well-Being on the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for…
• Coordinate benefit-verification and plan-document requests with the Office of General Counsel, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Support implementation of new health and welfare plans and plan changes, including acquisition reviews and onboarding activities
• Support compliance activities under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
• Manage case escalations and vendor coordination; test systems and interfaces; reconcile data; run reports and industry surveys
