About the role
The Enterprise Operations Xcellence Transformation and Optimization (ETO) manager leads execution within one or more process areas, delivering initiatives and outcomes while managing stakeholders and progress day to day.
What you'll do
- As an Executive Manager, Transformation and Optimization on the Enterprise Operations Xcellence (EOX) team, you will be responsible for
- Lead execution of transformation initiatives within an assigned process area, from market research, design through rapid prototyping, implementation, and stabilization
- Partner with senior leaders to reimagine and redesign end-to-end workflows — including technology, AI-enabled tools, operating model
- Manage and develop team members and cross-functional contributors, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance feedback across USI and/or US team members
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across business, operations, and enabling functions; manage expectations, escalations, and communication of progress
