Senior Manager - UK Payroll - Hyderabad / Bangalore Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“Deloitte Tax in India”) commenced operations in June 2004. All Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) US service lines have Deloitte Tax in India professionals aligned with US counterparts to deliver tax services to clients.
What you'll do
- As a Senior Manager, Tax Services on the Global Employer Services Payroll Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for
- Lead end-to-end UK domestic payroll delivery for a portfolio of 30–40 client engagements, including payroll review, client sign-off, issue resolution, and escalation
- Oversee payroll workstream operations, including payroll data controls, payroll instructions, post-payroll reconciliations, management reporting
- Lead, coach, and develop the offshore payroll team through recruitment, onboarding, workload planning, training, performance feedback, and career development
- Drive UK payroll service expansion, prepare client proposals, support new-client onboarding, and lead payroll technology, process-improvement
