About the role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution for our Backend Engineering team. The role involves managing Agile processes, maintaining project visibility, coordinating releases, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
What you'll do
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Own and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and sprint tracking
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/blockers, and drive timely resolution
- Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, and stakeholder communication
- Track dependencies across teams and ensure timely delivery of commitments
