Business Application Systems Engineer

About the role

As part of our Corporate IT team, you will partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, HR, and other business functions to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient technology solutions. This is a hands-on individual contributor role combining enterprise application support, system integrations, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Support, maintain, and enhance ERP and enterprise business applications, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and effective production support
• Partner with Finance, HR, Accounting, and other internal stakeholders to translate requirements into system improvements
• Configure, test, deploy, and support application enhancements and upgrades across the solution lifecycle
• Support and troubleshoot ERP integrations, APIs, and data flows across CRM, HRIS, financial, and third-party platforms
• Use advanced SQL and root-cause analysis to resolve complex application, integration, and data issues
