Salesforce Development Tech Lead

About the role

In this role you will manage a team of approximately six to eight Salesforce Engineers — a mix of Administrators and Developers — while remaining hands-on in building out Salesforce features. You will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, ensure best practices, and follow Salesforce's guiding principles, all while collaborating closely with a USA-based team and supporting USA-based customers.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of approximately six Salesforce Engineers (Administrators and Developers), fostering a culture of ownership, career growth
• Act as direct manager in a matrixed in-house / consultant / onshore / offshore framework, coordinating with a USA-based team and supporting USA-based customers
• Remain hands-on building out Salesforce features across configuration and code: Apex classes and triggers, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
