About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing talent consultants (all visas, and US Citizens) and must be well-versed in H1B transfers.
What you'll do
- Market and place Talent consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) with direct clients and prime vendors
- Develop strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors
- Identify suitable requirements and submit consultants proactively
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on submissions and interviews
