What you'll do
- Provide customer service support to members regarding expense reports
- Queries on Manager Approval / Finance Approval
- Research and resolve issues related to expense reports and Log Expense related issues electronically
- Monitor OOP reimbursements/Card related claims. Chasing/Escalating card holders/managers for on time submission/approval
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and member files
