About the role
We are looking for a Manager - Account Management with strong experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Meta, Media Planning, and Client Servicing/Account Management. Performance Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a key point of contact for campaign planning, execution, reporting, and performance discussions
- Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, marketing objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign requirements
- Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Support the development of media plans based on campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Work closely with media, performance marketing, creative, analytics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
