About the role
e are looking for a Data Scientist to join our analytics team and work on data-driven business problems. The role will involve propensity modelling, customer analytics, sentiment analysis and emerging AI/LLM use cases, with a strong focus on translating data into actionable insights and business strategies.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Machine Learning and statistical models for business and marketing use cases
- Work on propensity modelling, customer analytics, segmentation and sentiment analysis
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model development, validation and performance evaluation
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and strategies that contribute to client growth
- Work with large customer datasets and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
