Senior Content Strategist

About the role

As a Senior Content Strategist, you will drive strategic alignment with client business leaders and cross-disciplinary teams by guiding the creation, distribution, and governance of audience-centric content for best-in-class customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Deliver content strategies that support client’s goals, audience needs, and brand strategy
• Author content strategy frameworks and deliverables for service and product design projects including, content audits, matrices, content models, content journey maps
• Partner with experience strategists and analysts to conduct in-depth research to understand audience needs, data insights
• Create content governance plans and content supply chain workflows to help clients operationalize and manage content for products and services
• Develop taxonomy, tagging, and metadata strategies for composable content distribution across owned channels and technology platforms
