About the role
The Sr. Director - Ecommerce, will own the capability roadmap, delivery health, quality benchmarks and P&L oversight, ensuring our clients receive market-leading ecommerce execution and measurable business impact.
What you'll do
- Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Define and own the ecommerce delivery practice roadmap, operating model, and capability development strategy
- Build and scale cross-functional competencies including ecommerce operations, performance commerce, tech implementation, commerce media, and omnichannel enablement
- Evaluate emerging trends, platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, WooCommerce)
