About the role
The PMO Lead provides PMO leadership across the PB Target Operating Model transformation. The role combines close engagement with transformation workstreams and projects with leadership of key PMO activities, contributing to successful delivery through governance, planning, reporting, financial oversight, stakeholder management, risk management, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate PMO colleagues supporting complex transformation initiatives and workstreams
- Build strong relationships with workstream leads, project managers, and senior stakeholders, providing challenge, guidance, and practical support
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to support delivery progress and transparency
- Translate complex delivery information into clear management insights, recommendations, and actions
- Drive talent development, mentoring, succession planning, and capability building within the PMO organization
