What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, foster a culture of engineering excellence and ownership
- Lead by example through direct, hands-on development of the core services and critical components of the Fraud Monitoring Platform
- Work closely with Engineering Heads, Project Management, and leaders of related platforms to build, integrate, and deliver the software
- Act as the primary technical expert on the platform in strategy meetings, stakeholder discussions, and future product development opportunities
