What you'll do

• Manage a team of world-class recruiters and sourcers and help with our Talent Acquisition
• Actively develop our business by bringing quality clients
• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives as well as hiring needs as a Senior Key Account Manager
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
