About the role

Determine on a monthly basis an accurate production forecast for all running projects by coordinating with respective Operation Managers and cross checking with the customer, taking feedbacks from site, analyzing construction status, following-up stock of couplers at site and incoming deliveries.

• Monitor daily actual site expenses, compare with approved budget and analyze variances if any
• Ensure implementation of company procedure manuals to streamline process flows and ensure proper understanding and strict compliance to them
• Organize weekly inter department meeting with Purchase, Planning on daily basis to ensure proper coordination, get feedbacks from site activities
• Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports
