What you'll do
- Design and develop applications & automation solutions using mainly the Microsoft Power Platform for HR and HR Shared Service Center processes
- Analyze HR business processes and translate them into functional and technical workflow designs
- Collaborate closely with HR process owners, HR Shared Service Center teams, IT and integration teams
- Support testing, deployment, and stabilization of HR workflow solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly
