About the role
As an integral part of Airfreight Field Operations, this role involves liaising with airlines, ground handling agents, and customs authorities to facilitate the timely arrival and departure of cargo, supporting import and export operations at DGF’s Satellite locations.
What you'll do
- Ensure cost-effective, high-quality import/export air freight operations at satellite locations
- Ensure operational compliance and error-free documentation
- Coordinate all physical handling activities at the custodian, adhering to regulations and internal procedures in line with the Quality & Environment Management Systems
- Manage and update your shipments via CW1 search grids and tasks
- Ensure processes are aligned to deliver as per customer requirements
