As a Negotiation Expert within our Procurement team, you will be at the forefront of implementing best procurement initiatives. Your focus will be on infusing innovative negotiation strategies into the organization, ensuring that we deliver high-impact projects that align with our business objectives, cost parameters, and quality standards.

• Develop and execute project management plans for Procurement Focus Plus projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing direction and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage budgets to ensure adherence to project plans
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to minimize project delays and risks
• Drive innovative negotiation designs and strategies that leverage best practices, including game theory, to optimize outcomes in sourcing and procurement
