What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Data & Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team and the German core team, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and quality standards
- Define and execute the data strategy in alignment with broader financial and IT governance objectives
- Data Engineering & Architecture
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines using Kubeflow, Python, and Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
