About the role
In this role, will own the complete site project lifecycle – from initial requirement gathering, design, vendor sourcing, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) evaluation to hands-on site management, execution, and smooth handover – taking decisions at site considering the ground reality, vendor coordination and any out-of-scope work to the reporting Manager for approval.
What you'll do
- End-to-End Project Execution & Site Handover
- Drive multi-city office expansions, high-spec technical site setups, cleanroom/laboratory builds, and command centres from site takeover through completion
- Manage all site execution workflows on the ground with hands-on ownership, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and zero non-compliance issues
- Lead smooth site handovers, ensuring all snag lists, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, warranties, AMC set-up, testing certifications
- Post-handover facility operations are outside the scope of this role; involvement is limited to major rework or new vendor requirements at handed-over sites
