Senior Associate – Inventory & Stock Control

What you'll do

• Record every movement: Log all receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and dispatches in real time, with part, serial, and batch/lot numbers, across locations, projects
• Receive and verify materials: Check incoming goods against POs, invoices, challans, and packing lists. Work with Quality to inspect, accept, quarantine, or reject them
• Maintain traceability: Keep complete records for mission-critical hardware, including CoCs, test reports, calibration certificates, configuration IDs, ownership
• Count and reconcile: Run periodic physical counts, investigate discrepancies, document root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate logistics: Align with procurement and logistics on inbound shipments, outbound dispatches, and returns
