Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a recruiter who knows how to spot builders . People who think clearly, work with care and raise the bar. You will hire software engineers, data teams and product managers who shape our core systems and user experience. This role needs someone who understands how good talent thinks and what good teams need.

What you'll do

• Work closely with engineering and product leaders to understand what great looks like
• Write simple and clear job descriptions that show the real work, not noise
• Build sourcing strategies that reach people who usually do not apply
• Own hiring for engineering and product roles across levels
• Assess how candidates solve problems, how they think and how they collaborate
