SEO Specialist

About the role

We are hiring a SEO Lead to own organic search strategy end-to-end — from technical foundations to AI-driven search visibility — and to directly influence pipeline and revenue, not just traffic. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who has already done this at a real B2B SaaS company or a top-tier B2B content/SEO agency working with Western clients.

What you'll do

• Own the organic search roadmap end-to-end: technical SEO, content strategy, and authority building, aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
• Lead technical SEO initiatives — Core Web Vitals, structured data/schema, crawl and indexation health, site architecture
• Build and execute a content and search-intent strategy that maps to the B2B buyer journey (awareness, consideration, decision)
