About the role
We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to manage and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure, servers, cloud networking, security, and Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of day-to-day infrastructure operations.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain internal/on-premises hardware servers, storage, backups, operating systems, and related infrastructure
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, network access, and monitoring
- Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including users, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security policies, and access management
- Manage AWS and GCP networking services, including VPC/VPC networks, subnets, routing, VPNs, security groups/firewall rules, DNS, and connectivity
- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, security, and capacity
