Content Moderator - Digitals AI Marketplace

About the role

The Content Moderation team will serve as the single source of truth for all public-facing marketplace content , ensuring that every listing, description, product detail, and published information meets U.S. market expectations, applicable standards, and company quality policies. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward inaccurate, misleading, unverified, or outdated information .

What you'll do

• Review, verify, approve, reject, and moderate AI marketplace listings before publication
• Ensure 100% of public-facing listings undergo accuracy and quality checks
• Ensure marketplace content meets U.S. English standards, professional communication expectations, and applicable U.S. regulations
• Identify and correct inaccurate, misleading, duplicated, outdated, or incomplete information
• Act as the authoritative source for approved marketplace content and maintain consistent information across the platform
