About the role
The youngest of all the ILM studios, the India studio leverages the expertise and technological know-how developed over 50 years at Industrial Light & Magic combined with the top artists and technicians in the region. As we grow ILM India, we are seeking a Management Accountant to be a member of our team and be a key part of this exciting opportunity.
What you'll do
- Accounts Payable – coding, reviewing, verification and processing invoices and payment runs in accordance with management approvals and controls
- Fixed Assets - maintaining database including preparing of the monthly additions & disposals, running of depreciation, reconciling to the General Ledger
- Oracle Financial System– Implementation and ongoing support
- Expense claims - coding, reconciling and processing expense claims
- Credit Card Statements - coding, reconciling and processing monthly credit card statements and ensuring payment reconciliations
