What you'll do
- Hit the ground running providing clear technical leadership to a team of software engineers working on advertising products
- Take an active and hands-on role in the growth of the individuals on your team: mentoring, career coaching, and performance management
- Lead and oversee Senior Engineers as they architect and deliver cloud native and service-oriented UI components and applications
- Provide day to day hands-on technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship for your immediate team
- Provide Software Engineering leadership across various product teams and individuals, regardless of reporting structure
