Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract Employment)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures the seamless operation of the Recruiting team’s activities, providing an excellent level of service to hiring managers, employees and candidates, resulting in the employment of top-notch talent and a positive perception of ILM as an Employer of Choice.

What you'll do

• Support recruiting function with processes including posting positions, scheduling a high volume of interviews, reserving internal resources (rooms, attendants)
• Maintain applicant tracking system and various sourcing reports (updating candidate information, logging interviews, and the hiring team’s feedback)
• Update and prepare weekly reports for distribution to multiple ILM departments and locations
• Foster positive working relationships with all departments across internal/external clients, including hiring managers, new hires and candidates
• Assist in preparing presentations for the Recruitment Matrix
