Oracle Fusion HCM Application Consultant - Integration

About the role

The focus for this role will be to manage, support and enhance the DNV HR applications and participate in GSS IT projects related to HR processes ensuring alignment and co-operation with the HR community and the DNV overall system landscape. There are large opportunities and possibilities to participate both in the operation and initiatives implementing further modules.

What you'll do

• Ensure stable and well performing HR applications & services
• Ensure alignment of deliveries and services within the GSS IT Global Application Services environment
• Contribute to HCM release management by regression testing and monitoring the relevant documentations and community platforms
• Provide consulting services to the HR Business in terms of enhancements / future developments of process- and IT-solutions
• Execute and manage configuration enhancements and technical changes based on new requirements
