About the role

You will work at the intersection of HR processes, Oracle Fusion HCM and technology, helping translate business needs into sustainable solutions while supporting the continued evolution of DNV’s global HR technology landscape. What you'll do

• Ensure stable, reliable and well-performing Oracle Fusion HCM applications and services
• Provide functional and technical application support, including analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of complex application issues
• Configure, maintain and continuously improve Oracle Fusion HCM functionality based on business requirements
• Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into appropriate functional and technical solutions
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and other internal and external systems
