What you'll do

• Bring hands-on technical leadership through coding, code reviews, and driving the design and evolution of engineering architectures
• Help ensure the platform remains scalable, configurable, and capable of supporting diverse business scenarios
• This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director, Software Engineering
• Access to an office location is required
