Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are hiring a senior Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to support and improve hybrid infrastructure services across on-premises and AWS environments. The role is prioritized around AWS Systems Manager, server administration, AWS infrastructure operations, virtualization platforms, and working knowledge of on-premises backup and storage solutions.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize AWS Systems Manager for patching, configuration, automation, compliance visibility, and fleet operations
• Administer, support, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers in production environments
• Support AWS infrastructure operations, including compute, networking, access, monitoring, security, and operational readiness across cloud-hosted workloads
• Administer and support virtualization platforms, including VM lifecycle, capacity awareness, performance, availability, and operational troubleshooting
• Maintain working knowledge of on-premises backup and storage solutions, including backup readiness, restore coordination, capacity awareness
