About the role
The Senior Analyst – Travel & Facilities Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end domestic and international business travel for employees while ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of facilities and travel-related invoices. The role also supports workplace security operations and Emergency Response Team (ERT) coordination to ensure seamless business continuity, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end domestic and international business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, airport transfers, travel insurance, and visa coordination
- Coordinate with employees, travel management companies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers
- Ensure compliance with travel policy and approvals
- Handle travel escalations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency travel
- Monitor travel costs and maintain travel MIS and dashboards
