What you'll do
- Individual contributor who can work independently. Lead and mentor junior engineers
- Can independently perform detailed design calculations, concept design
- Review and approve detailed design calculations, conceptual frameworks, and advanced tolerance stack-up analyses to ensure engineering integrity across the project
- Can lead project / process improvement, cost reduction (VAVE) activities
- Can lead product testing and validation activities
